When setting up a new user, it is important to access:

Setup/Security/Users

to setup the username and password
to indicate which office(s) the user may access
to indicate “patient search” as the default start-up screen
to indicate within the allowable office(s), what day(s) the user may access Denticon
to indicate within the allowable office(s), what hour(s) on those days
to indicate what security group the user is assigned
