I need to delete an appointment that shows on the Patient Overview but doesn’t show on the Scheduler. How do I find it and delete?

- Access the Scheduler window.
- From the “Scheduler” menu select the “Find Appt.” option from the drop-down list.
- In the Search Text field, type the appropriate information according to the “Search By” criteria selected.
- Ensure the desired “Appointment Type” options are checked.
- Select the appropriate date range.

Click the Search button.
- A list of patients who match the criteria will appear in the lower portion of the screen.

Single click the desired patient to highlight the choice, and select the “Delete” to proceed.
