Activities within a single patient record and/or a single Responsible Party account may be reviewed:
- Access the patient record
- Click the patient’s “Print Reports” icon
- Select the “Audit Trail” option from the drop-down list
- Input the desired report parameters:
- Patient vs Account Members
- Date(s)
- Click the Print/Preview button
- Alternatively users can go to Reports>Management Reports>Audit Trail
Note: Entries on the Audit Trail Report cannot be modified by users.
NOTE: Denticon does not provide a report to show all entries and keystrokes that are performed in the office. Denticon’s Audit Trail report provides information for:
