When an office obtains a medical e-claim account through MD-Online/Ability, the office contact person is provided communication from MD-Online upon the activation.
As a part of the MD-Online activation process, the MD-Online/Ability team will reach out to the office to provide training and guidance about the medical e-claim process. Throughout the training, the MD-Online staff will provide information about how to navigate the office’s medical e-claim account within the MD-Online web portal.
It is advised that the office communicate directly with MD-Online/Ability when there are questions about the office’s account and/or claims processing.
The office’s tax ID is necessary for verification of office identity when contacting MD-Online/Ability for assistance.

NOTE: The medical e-claims function must first be implemented by the Denticon team before the office is able to submit medical e-claims within Denticon’s “Utilities / Batch Claims Processing” screen. To request implementation, please send a Help Ticket. MD-Online requires a separate account for each dental office location. Within the Ticket, please provide specifics:
- Office location name, exactly as it appears in the Denticon program
- Office location OID
