When the Responsible Party signs up for the Patient Portal using the email address which is recorded within the Responsible Party screen in Denticon, the password is provided to the Responsible Party via sign-up confirmation email.
The sign-up confirmation email is sent to the Responsible Party’s email address immediately after signing up at https://www.yourdentistoffice.com
If the Responsible Party has misplaced the email:
- browse to https://www.yourdentistoffice.com
- click on the “Forgot Password” link under Login button
- specify the Responsible Party email address (which is the same email used during the signup process
The Responsible Party will receive an email with a new password which can be used to login.
