If you are in the scheduler, and you edit/open the appointment you will see the flash alert presented if you have not previously been in the patient chart immediately prior. However, if,while in the patient record, the user edits/opens the patient’s appointment, Denticon does not re-present the flash alert.
Likewise, if the user edits/opens the appointment in the Scheduler Window and is presented the flash alert on the screen, then accesses the same patient’s record in the patient window, Denticon does not re-present the flash alert.
