Summary
Location Management Records in Salesforce list every location tied to a Denticon or Cloud 9 account, including address, email, production data, and payment processor. This guide shows how to find the records on an account, view the full location list, and read the detail fields for each location.
When to Use This
- Use when: A ticket requires you to look up a location's address, OID, location code, payment processor, production figures, or sync status for a Denticon or Cloud 9 customer.
- Do not use when: You need to create or edit a location record. This guide covers finding and reading existing records only.
Before You Start
- You need access to the customer's Salesforce account record.
- Location Management Records sit on the parent account for the practice group ID (PGID) or the Cloud 9 URL. If you cannot find a location, confirm you are on the correct parent account for that group.
Guide
1. Open the account and click Related
Open the customer's account in Salesforce. On the account page, click the Related tab, next to Details.
2. Scroll to Location Management Records
On the Related tab, scroll down to the Location Management Records panel. The panel previews the first few locations with name, OID, location code, and Production Last Month. Click View All at the bottom of the panel to see the full list.
3. Use the full list
View All opens the full Location Management Records list for the account. Large groups show "50+ items." Columns include: Location Name, OID, Location Code, Production Last Month, Production Current Month, Future Appointments, Payment Processor, Location Created Date, and Record Type. The Record Type column tells you the product: Denticon or Cloud 9.
For Cloud 9 accounts the list shows Location Code and Future Appointments columns populated rather than OID-based production columns.
4. Open a location for full detail
Click the location name to open its detail record. The record is organized into three sections: Location Identifiers, Production Data (labeled Production Details on Cloud 9 records), and Sync Information.

Tips and Gotchas
- Data syncs daily. Check Date of Last Snowflake Sync on the location record before relying on production or appointment numbers.
- Some fields appear on the record but may be empty, including Location Status, Location Country, and Location Type. They may fill in as the object expands.
- Records sit on the main account for the PGID or Cloud 9 URL. If you cannot find a location, confirm you are on the parent account for that group.
- If a field appears blank, it does not necessarily indicate an error. Several fields were blank in confirmed working records.
Escalation
If fields that should be populated are consistently missing or the Sync Status does not show "Synced," send feedback on missing fields to your support leader so it can be passed on to the data team.
