XrayVision DCV converting to Apteryx
No conversion needs to be done. The files are already in DICOM format.
NOTE: If data mapping will need to be done, check to see if the customer's Apteryx site has active data, or if it's a brand new blank site. If it's a blank site, then you can push the data to Apteryx first, and then map the data in Apteryx. If it's an active site with hundreds or thousands of patients, then mapping may need to be done locally in DCV Data Manager before uploading to Apteryx.
To push the DCV data to Apteryx:
Find the location of the live XrayVision DCV database, typically within the folder Databases\Images
Copy the live Images folder to a new directory.
Use the xvhost tool to push the copied Images folder (NOT the live folder) and move-to a separate Stored folder.
