What if the move is extremely short notice?

Prerequisites:
Office must be using Denticon with Apteryx already installed on each capture PC
New Apteryx site must already be live
New Apteryx must have enough tokens to support onboarding OID
New Apteryx must have enough data cap to support onboarding OID data
Instructions:
POC (usually IC or AM) will
Create a Zendesk ticket for the XVCapture reconfiguration

Set ticket requester to the office POC who will assist with the install, and include optional CCs
Ensure requester has organization tied to it

If patient IDs in PM are changing:
Create an additional separate conversions ticket for mapping

Ensure mapping gets completed after Data Migration

Check if office is using custom Apteryx layouts, enhancements, or site settings

If they have any of these > need Engineering to copy everything over

Update ticket body text to include information for the technician

If patient listing cannot be gathered, collect names of ALL computers in the office that imported or acquired images

Schedule appointment to reconfigure workstations
Use Macro: Support::Customer Requested Calendar Link::Schedule PGID Split Reconfig
Work with office to ensure office has a login to their new Denticon account as well as Apteryx. This will be necessary for the reconfiguration appointment. Any issues will lead to delays during reconfiguration and migration.
During calendar appointment Technician will
Reassign the ticket to themselves
Replace old token with new PGID's token
Old PGID pfx cert needs deleted permanently (not sent to recycle bin)
New PGID pfx cert needs inserted
DICOM definition needs updated to new PGID
Update forwarding definition
Verify that newly acquired images are forwarding properly to new site

In Denticon:
Log into new Denticon PGID admin user
Ensure imaging integrations are (re)configured and DCV + Apteryx are selectable
Apteryx credentials are entered into integrations
Ensure DCV bridge is functional

Only after all PCs are forwarding to new site:
Create new ticket for Imaging Data Services to begin selective data pull
Create new ticket for IC/AM to follow up with new PGID site admin
