After remoting into the workstation where the missing images were taken, do the following:

Re-forward the failures.
If the images forward successfully, Issue is resolved.
If the images fail again, move to step 2
Check Failure Reason.
Check DICOM Settings. If DICOM verify is successful move to step 4
Check Forwarding Settings. If Settings are correct and issue is not resolved, transfer to Tier 2.
