Hello CLIENT!

Welcome to Apteryx Imaging by Planet DDS! I am very excited to guide you and your team through the implementation process. I will be your main point of contact as you move onto our software. Our first step is to schedule a kickoff call.

During the kickoff call, I will be confirming some key information that you and SALES REP discussed during the sales process. I will let you know what to expect during the implementation process and schedule the required onboarding appointments. We will also test your Apteryx account login credentials. Your temporary login information was sent to the email listed as the main contact. If you have not received it, please check your spam and junk folders.

It was a pleasure speaking with you!  On our call, we discussed what to expect during the implementation process and we scheduled out the required meeting events. Please be sure to reset your Apteryx login credentials and have them handy, as they will be needed for all appointments.

Please have staff complete the Apteryx Learning Path Module prior to your training session.  You can access it here:  Apteryx Learning Path Module

Please click “Register now” at the top right corner of the page.  You may register with any email & password you choose.  You then will be prompted to create a basic profile (first name, last name, practice name).  You will then click on Courses on the top left corner of the page and then “View Catalog” under My Enrollments. If you have any questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.
