We should have a user guide that goes over how to assign/unassign ghost and retake to images, and how to view ghosted and retaken images within both XVCapture and in Apteryx. |

Forwarding loop due to 7kb XC image |
Even though this issue only applies to older XVC versions (3.4), I've had a few techs ask if we have an article on it so they can quickly support the issue themselves. (ex. 3C dental still has some locations on 3.4 and sees it semi-frequently). Would be a quick article to make, and easy for a tech or savvy user to understand and fix by themselves. |

A nice article going over this in capture is good. |

Optime - Invalid Dimension |
The given fix is going to Optime options and scrolling to the bottom. There will be an option for image time with a drop down with various image types, make sure its set to Intraoral and it should fix the issue. However if this option is not available, in the Optime/Express settings, there's an option Scan images to an imaging holding area that can be selected that fixed the issue |

Adding permissions to the Microsoft Office folder fixed the issue |

This sounds more like a general troubleshooting tip. Perhaps if scope of article is widened, we can fit it somewhere. |
