Titling a ticket like above “Parent::Child” will put the macro into a hierarchy as show below and is recommended for most macros for organization.
How to audit suspended users
Go to the ZD Admin Center and click Account > Audit Log on the left-hand side.
The interface is a little hard to use to search for this specific task so I suggest clicking the Email CSV button in the upper-right corner.
This will take a few minutes but, it will send an email to your pdds email with a link to a zip file to download.
Extract the zip and open the CSV.
Searching the CSV (Find and Replace, Ctrl+F) for the username (if unique) or ‘suspend’ (without quotes) is the easiest way by far.

OverJet/Pearl/AI Tenant ID Request
This is supposed to be sent by sales at the time the sale is made. However, in the event that Sales does not send this or the information is lost, you can retrieve the Tenant ID by navigating to the Sites Dash, clicking on the site and obtaining the number in the URL. For example:
customercare.Apteryx.net has a Sites Dash of https://sites-pdds.Apteryx.net/Home/Sites/2600/Profile
The Tenant ID for customercare.Apteryx.net is 2600
Force Close a problem ticket:
If a ticket says anything except Closed (even solved), add the tag "close_ticket" and save the ticket as normal.
Use Staging version of CustomerCare Apteryx
If you ever want to access the customercare staging version (unreleased version) you can do that by appending a parameter to the url.
