In the event we receive a ticket where a client has lost all of their local data due to a ransomware attack, please do the following:
Notify Apteryx Support Manager (Cory North) or the Senior Director of Customer Support (Lynsey MacLaughlin) in the event the manager is OOO

Gather as much detail as you can in regards to hardware in use by the practice
Get info for each individual location if account has multiple locations
Create a new token registration for the practice (notify Contracts and Channel Sales Manager/Keith Kneisley)
Reach out to engineering in the Ask Apteryx Devs Teams channel and request they create new encryption certificates for the Apteryx site in question (ask a senior tech to do this if you do not have access)
Create an up to date build of XVCapture for the practice that includes the extensions needed, new registration INI, new certificates, etc. (this can be done on the first capture workstation you install on)
Follow normal installation steps
