There are a couple of ways to determine whether or not a practice has support.
Flags
Flags can be seen on the account page in 3 sections. All 3 flags should be green for a practice who has support, however, this is not always the case. You may also see a mix of green and red flags or all reg flags. If you see a mix of flag colors, you will need to verify the other indicators of support to determine the practice’s support status.
These flags are not always accurate. You will come across accounts that have a mix of flag colors and it may not be immediately clear if the practice has support.
Highest license category
This section indicates the highest “tier” of software the practice has purchased. The most common license categories you’ll see are Apteryx, Denticon w/ Dentiray, XV4, XV3, and XVLite.
