Salesforce (SF) is the tool Planet DDS uses for account management for Denticon and Apteryx. With this tool, we in support can see if a practice has support, if a practice has purchased any software or upgrades, Tuxedo sensors a practice owns, who their account manager or implementations coordinator is.
If you have questions about what you see in a practices SF account, reach out to the team/senior techs in the Teams chat.

Opportunities
Opportunities show the interactions between sales and the practice. You will see bookings and billings for purchases such as upgrades and support contracts, and if those bookings ended up closing successfully or not. In the below example, we can see this practice had an Apteryx booking on 9/23/22 that is closed won, indicating the sale was successful and the practice had initiated their upgrade. If you see a booking is closed lost, this would indicate the sale was unsuccessful.

Account Hierarchy Tab
The account hierarchy tab is the best way to see other organizations that are tied to the account. This is more useful when attempting to find a specific location that falls under a DSO.
