AI Historical Extract (Pearl, Overjet, Videa)

If you receive a ticket from Pearl or Overjet requesting a Historical Extract:

  • Set comment body to “Internal note”

  • Use the macro corresponding to the AI provider:

    • Apteryx::AI Historical Extract (Pearl)

      Apteryx::AI Historical Extract (OJ)

  • Add requested information to the internal note (tenant ID, Apteryx URL, etc). Adjust historical extract date range requested if needed

  • Submit ticket as on-hold to forward it to the appropriate party

Historical Data requests are limited to the below 2 options due to limitations of the converter tool. There is a new converter tool being developed by the Conversions team that should be available by the end of 2025 that may provide additional options.

  1. Office Patient ID list - allows us to export for specific Patient IDs for ALL time. Cannot be restricted based on modality nor date range.

  2. All patients' data - allows us to export for specific date range and modality, but cannot restrict based on specific location's patients
