Identifying Apteryx
Obtaining the client’s Apteryx URL is the #1 way to identify if they are using Apteryx/Apteryx Online Capture/XVCapture.
Possible Apteryx URL formats:

Registration Numbers
XVCapture/DCV
XVCapture and XrayVision DCV can be identified by having the client provide you with their registration number, which is found by utilizing the following guide: XVCapture (and Rebrands) Finding Active Registration Number – Apteryx. This guide is customer facing, and can be sent to the client if needed.
If the registration number provided contains a prefix of DC67 or 8C67, this indicates they are using XVCapture per Registration Number Quick Reference - PlanetDDS - Internal Knowledge Base - Confluence.
This registration code can then be searched in Sites Dash > Registration > Token Registration Licenses in order to find the client’s Apteryx URL and office information.
DataGrabber
DataGrabber can be identified by having the client provide you with their registration number, which is found by utilizing the following guide: DataGrabber (and Rebrands) Finding Active Registration Number – Apteryx. This guide is customer facing, and can be sent to the client if needed.
If the registration number provided contains a prefix of DC52, 8C52 or 9C52, this indicates they are using DataGrabber per Registration Number Quick Reference - PlanetDDS - Internal Knowledge Base - Confluence.
This registration code can then be searched in Salesforce to find the client’s information and confirm if they are utilizing Apteryx, or if they still have an active support contract for DataGrabber.
