Creating a Datagrabber Token on the Sites Page

  1. Click on “Registration” on the left.

2. Fill in fields. Reference either SF or the existing info on the site/org you are working on.

Ex: Customer info page. You can get the Practice name, Phone, Email, and Salesforce Id right from there.

3. Vendor is left as Apteryx

4. product is changed to Datagrabber.

5. Type is left as subscription. (The token wont work if you change this)

6. Click Generate.

The code will be generated.

You should now place this code onto the correct account for others to find easily.

  1. Navigate to Registration Licenses for the site/org you are working on.

  2. Click on “Add Existing Capture License” and paste in your generated code

    Click Save

4. Your DG code can now be found easily for others later if needed.
