Whether it’s a conversion to the DICOM standard, or a conversion for the purpose of migration to Apteryx, if a customer requests to have their existing data converted, regardless of what imaging system they are currently on, the request should be sent to Sales and Accounts.
If the ticket is reserved for a software troubleshooting issue, ask the customer to create a new ticket for the conversion request
If the ticket’s primary purpose is to request a conversion or information on conversions, use the macro Account Management > DICOM conversion request, and CC imagingsales@planetdds.com. Once sent, message the assignee (Keith Kneisley as of now) on Teams to let him know you’ve sent the request to him.
