Eddson’s newer software is a cloud based platform with a built in bridge that should be configured by Eddson, however, the bridge is for XVC/DG/XV4 and not for Apteryx. It is best to have the bridge point to DataGrabber so the practice has the option to launch Apteryx as well as XVCapture. The bridge settings are not global and would need configured on each PC.
Settings>Local PC Settings>XV Capture path - input your path to DataGrabber (i.e., C:\Apteryx\XVCapture\DataGrabber.exe)
