Confirm all “Search Requirements” are disabled on the client’s URL
Search Requirements break our integration with Fuse due to how Fuse calls and retrieves the Apteryx interface.
If you find the Apteryx interface never loads within Fuse for all patients regardless of browser or cache/cookie settings, determine if any Search Requirements have been toggled on within their Apteryx site. If any of them are enabled, disable them then refresh Fuse, and the interface should load without issue.
Determining if Search Requirements are enabled can be done from Sites Dash, or from the client’s URL if logged in as admin:
-
In Sites Dash:
Navigate to the client’s Apteryx URL in Sites Dash > Edit Site Settings
-
Make sure all of the following are disabled:
If any of the above are enabled, they can be disabled within Sites Dash by unchecking the box(es), then selecting Update site.
-
In Apteryx:
Sign in as an admin privileged user
Click Username in top-right corner > Settings > Search Requirements
-
Make sure all of the following are disabled:
If any of the above are enabled, disable by unchecking the box(es), then select Save.
