Enabling a Site With AI

AI Setup on Sites Dash

  1. Create/find Apteryx site

  2. Add/Edit Site Locations

    1. Set/confirm Max Locations

      1. 1 location per paid subscription

      2. Click Save Max Locations

    2. Add locations as needed using preferred option

      1. [Option 1] Manually via Dash

        1. Click Add location (under Save Max Locations button)

          1. If greyed out, Max Locations need to be increased

        2. Enter all fields with real info

          1. All info should be location specific

          2. Email is customer implementation contact or otherwise specified

          3. SalesforceID is full GUP-GLOBAL from account/child account page

          4. Click Confirm

      2. [Option 2] Import CSV (3/21/24 Currently not available)

        1. Run "Apteryx Dash Location Updater" from Salesforce

        2. Update info as needed and save as CSV from Excel

        3. Confirm/set Max Location as equal or greater than location lines in CSV

        4. Click "Choose File" and browse to CSV

        5. Click "Import Locations"

        6. Review/correct imported info as needed

    3. Confirm/update existing locations

      1. Click "Manage" on location line

      2. Update as needed. SaleforceID is full GUP-GLOBAL

      3. Click Save

  3. Site Administration > Manage Site Scope section

    1. Enable (check) "User Based Location Switching"

    2. Enable (check) "User Based Location Management"

    3. Click Save

  4. Site Administration > Manage AI section

    1. Click AI Vendors button

    2. Click Enable Site AI button

    3. Click Switch to Location Scheme button

    4. Select (check) boxes on location(s) to enable.

    5. Click Change Vendors

    6. Select Vendor Product

      1. Full AI or Integration products receive full AI product (AI by <vendor>)

      2. Data extract only purchases (OJ) get one-way sync only (OverJet)

    7. Check all boxes under modalities

    8. Click Confirm

    9. Click Switch to Site Scheme

    10. Click Add Vendor button

    11. Select Vendor Product

      1. Full AI or Integration products receive full AI product (AI by <vendor>)

      2. Data extract only purchases (OJ) get one-way sync only (OverJet)

Customer responsibility

  1. The customer must access their site as a user with admin privilege

  2. Navigate to Location management > Capture Stations tab

  3. Assign all workstations to the locations

Disabling AI on Sites Dash

  1. Find Apteryx site

  2. Edit Site Locations

    1. Click "Manage" on location line

    2. Uncheck "Show AI Overlay and UI"

    3. Uncheck "Send New AI Requests"

    4. Click Save

  3. Site Administration > Manage AI section

    1. Click AI Vendors button

    2. Click Change Vendor button

    3. Change Vendor Product to <blank>

    4. Click Confirm/Save
