E.g. 2 locations with Standard Apteryx is 2 x 5 workstations = 10 workstation tokens total
Pro Unlimited customers are set by default to 10 tokens per location.
Sites > Create Site
Site Name (SF account or opty)
Be sure server name is full name in SF (customer.Apteryx.net)
Select hostname
Apteryx.net for all Denticon and Apteryx customer
OEM site for specific Portal Resellers
Site Region
Picker is a dynamic list that shows real-time availability
Choose “Apteryx, dentiray ONLY” for all Denticon and Apteryx customers
Use “OEMS ONLY” for specific Portal Resellers
Note: that you may only highlight/select an open region, but selector may default to an ONLY FULL region. This is ok and is a known display issue.
Practice Name - matches SF parent account
Salesforce ID
GUP ID - GLOBAL ID (e.g. 00007791-00007791)
Plan - select per opportunity/order.
Billing Method
“CC” for most customers
Larger DSOs and all OEMs are set as “Invoice”
Creation Date (leave as set)
Demo/Trial
Leave blank unless needed
Trial - customer trial site, exp date is auto set 30 days out
Demo - sales demo site, no expiration
Dealer Demo - reseller demo site, no expiration
