The first step of the AI process is the sale. We are unable to move forward with anything else until a sale exists in Salesforce.
These typically show up in the “Opportunities” section of Salesforce and look something like this:
If you are unable to find a sale (or the practice the AI vendor is asking about, ask the vendor for more details and/or to confirm the sale was processed on their side and send to Sales Operations.
-
Typically, the first AI ticket we see, from either vendor, is Pearl asking for a “Tenant ID”. If you receive a ticket asking for Tenant ID and subsequent enabling, use the macro titled “AI Tenant ID and Subsequent Enabling request:
If for any reason you need to locate the Tenant ID yourself, this can be found by navigating to the practice’s Apteryx URL in Sites Dash, and referencing the number shown in the URL:
-
After the sale has been made and the Tenant ID is sent to the AI vendor, the following is supposed to be handled by Sales Operations.
Set up the AI vendor in the Sites Dash - Site Administration page
Set up the number of locations with information about the locations in the Edit Site Locations page in Sites Dash
-
Assign the appropriate AI API checkboxes in the individual Location pages.
-
Assign a ticket for a historical data dump to either Engineering or the Data Team
Send a guide to the practice to set up their Location Management
If everything was set up correctly in step 3, the practice should be seeing AI results within the hour.
