The following error indicates the .pfx certificate failed to download during installation:
This error will persist each time Apteryx Online Capture is launched.
To resolve:
Download the certificate (.pfx file) belonging to the client’s Apteryx URL manually from Sites Dash, or within Apteryx via Username > Settings > Site Info > Download Certificates
Place the certificate in C:\PlanetDDS\Apteryx Online Capture\AppCommonFiles\certs on the client’s workstation
Restart the Ambassador and refresh Apteryx
This will need to be repeated per workstation the error is occurring on.
