The main place where Apteryx Online Capture (Apteryx Online Capture) stores images is in C:\PlanetDDS\Apteryx Online Capture\AppCommonFiles\DICOM.
You can also check the list of DICOM images by opening Apteryx, clicking the username in the upper-right, Capture, Open Apteryx Online Capture Database
This will show a list of Images that have been taken and whether they were sent to Apteryx via the Completed column.
Clicking the “Requeue” button does not currently have any visual feedback to let you know the progress or failure reason. However, if connection is interrupted, you can see the list will not say Completed
You can find some logs in C:\PlanetDDS\Apteryx Online Capture\AppCommonFiles\Logs\Ambassador showing some failure messages.
After successfully requeuing the images you can see that the logs indicate some success with Completed dates and times listed in the Apteryx Online Capture Databases page
Confirming if a DICOM file had already forwarded to the web, or if it had failed
You can confirm the images have made it to Apteryx by utilizing XVCapture. In XVCapture, go to Advanced User Tools > Preferences > Interface and scrolling down to Displayed Data Entry Fields and turning on Image UID in Query Data Entry Fields
Then navigate back to the View Images Screen and paste one of the Apteryx Online Capture Database Image UIDs into XVCapture’s Image UID Field
