The subscription packages are per physical site (location/address).
Starter Package: Covers up to 3 acquisition PCs, unlimited viewing PCs, and 25 GB storage in Apteryx cloud. Support and upgrades are included.
Standard Package: Covers up to 5 acquisition PCs, unlimited viewing PCs, and 50 GB storage in Apteryx cloud. Support and upgrades are included.
Pro Package: Covers up to 10 acquisition PCs, unlimited viewing PCs, and 100 GB storage in Apteryx cloud. Support and upgrades are included.
Pro Unlimited Package: Covers unlimited acquisition PCs, unlimited viewing PCs, and unlimited storage in Apteryx cloud. Support and upgrades are included.
Pro 3D Package: Covers unlimited acquisition PCs, unlimited viewing PCs, and unlimited storage in Apteryx cloud. Includes 3D module for storage, viewing, and manipulation of CBCTs in Apteryx cloud. Support and upgrades are included.
The only other associated fee (as an existing legacy user) would be the one-time setup fee. This fee covers the recorded 90-minute remote training for you and your staff, conversion of your database to DICOM, & remote install of the software.
Verifying what plan a practice is on
Those with access to the Subscription section of SF can verify the practices Apteryx plan through SF, and we are currently pushing to get the support team access to that portion of the site.
The best way to verify at the moment is to check the sites dash for the practice. To do this, head to the Site Administration section of the practices sites dash and look at the Plan section. Generally, this information is correct in the sites dash, but if you have any questions about what plan a practice has, Keith Kneisley is the best person to ask for verification.
