Due to a recent bug with the chat window, Apteryx can show up with an all white screen.
The easiest fix is to clear all cache and cookies in their browser.
In Google Chrome:
Click the 3 dots in the upper-right corner, hover over More Tools, and select Clear Browsing Data
On the next screen, click the Clear Data Button. This will most likely sign the customer out of most websites.
