If a customer is having trouble accepting emails sent through Apteryx, this IP can be added to their incoming mail server allow list. Note that the bounced or rejected email that caused the issue might also be blocked in SendGrid, the third-party Apteryx mail server. Contact DevOps to check for that email in the blocked and bounced lists in SendGrid.
