If practice has an active Apteryx URL:
Navigate to their URL in https://sites-pdds.Apteryx.net/.

Select Registration Licenses.

Select Generate New Capture License.

Specify number of tokens the generated registration number should contain. Leave Reseller as Apteryx, and leave Salesforce id as whatever auto-populates. Click Save.

Go back a page, then refresh the page. The registration number will be displayed under Registration Licenses which can be used to create a new INI for the practice.
If practice does not have an active Apteryx URL:
IMPORTANT: If you come across a situation where a 3.5 registration code is needed and the practice does not have an Apteryx URL, run the ticket by a supervisor or senior technician before proceeding.
Log into the Legacy Registration Manager

Select Generate Registration Numbers

Fill out all fields to match the following (leave “Initial Subscription good till” field as whatever auto-populates, doesn’t matter), then click OK:

Another window will populate containing the registration number - copy this to a notepad via Copy to Clipboard:
Create the token for the client in Sites Dash (under Registration > Token Registration Licenses > Create New License) using the generated registration number

Once the token has been created, go back to the Legacy Registration Manager, and select Void Out Registration Number

Paste in the Registration Number, then click OK

You’ll be prompted to enter a reason - “Tokenized” is fine. Click OK

Code is now voided in the Legacy Registration Manager. At this point, you can create an INI using the token you created with this registration number in Sites Dash for the practice.
