Offices that use CBCT units that do not directly integrate will need to use the XVCapture CT Importer extension.

Summary of Workflow:

1. Office captures CT using their native CBCT software (e.g. CS3D for Carestream units)

2. Office exports CT from CS3D onto computer in DICOM format

3. Office goes back to PM software and bridges into applicable patient within XVCapture

4. Office chooses CT Importer and points to folder containing the DICOM volume

5. CT uploads to Apteryx automatically

This workflow is far from optimal and is certainly not recommended for offices that capture many CTs
