The program function link in Paradigm V10 was originally configured for Cliniview, but can be pointed towards DataGrabber to allow DataGrabber to then bridge the patient information to XVCapture or Apteryx normally.
Setup:
Make sure DataGrabber is installed, registered, and shared out from the server. No DataDrills are needed. Apteryx.DGDLL (Apteryx Launched Application Definition file) will be needed if the client will be bridging directly to Apteryx.

In Paradigm, navigate to Files > Maintenance > Logic Tech > Local Registers.

A window will appear containing a myriad of functions. Locate “CLINIVIEW,” which will be in one of four places:
Xray > Xray > CLINIVIEW
Xray > CLINIVIEW
Blank Dropdown > Blank Dropdown > CLINIVIEW
Blank Dropdown > CLINIVIEW
Click the CLINIVIEW entry, then specify the path to DataGrabber.exe in the String Value field as shown above.
Once done, close that window. If you get an error regarding saving the path or that it may be invalid, ignore it.
Set up your Launched Applications in DataGrabber to bridge to XVCapture and/or Apteryx normally.
The client can then use the internal bridge in Paradigm named “CLINIVEW” on their toolbar to invoke DataGrabber, which will then pass the patient information to XVCapture and/or Apteryx, and launch the application.
