Installing The Plugin

When Installing XVWeb Capture for the first time, you will be met with a window listing all possible plugins to include with your installation. Make sure to select Vatech by clicking the checkbox and any other plugins you may need and then hit Install.

If you already have XVWeb Capture installed but not the Vatech Plugin:

  1. Open XVWeb and click on the avatar at the top right of the window and then select Capture.
  2. Click Manage Plugins
  3. Scroll down and look for Vatech, then click the download icon and install the plugin.
  4. Follow the on screen prompts and you will have successfully acquired the plugin.

Taking a 3D and 2D Image

The Plugin is able to work for both 3D and 2D workflows. When taking a CT or PX within the 3rd Party Interface, the reconstructed product will be transferred to XVWeb Capture.

  1. Launch XVWeb Capture
  2. Select the Vatech 3D device
  3. Follow the workflow within the 3rd Party Interface
  4. The CT/PX will transfer to XVWeb
  5. The type of image that is transferred depends on what was taken within the 3rd Party Interface

For technicians and IT alike that will use the 3rd party interface's engineer menu:

  1. Click on the cogwheel to open up settings
  2. Click Engineer and type Vatech (non-case sensitive)
  3. Go to General Tab and make sure link type is set to SDK
  4. Save and close the menu
