Why don’t appointment slots show on the booking site?
Common causes
- Appointment Type is not mapped to a PMS Production Type
- Provider is not enabled for online booking
- Find Slot Options are misconfigured
Fix
- Confirm Production Type mapping under Scheduling → Appointment Types
- Ensure provider status is Active and “Booking Online” = Yes
- Review Find Slot Options configuration
