Running the fill below should resolve the issue, Will need admin rights to import it into REGEDIT.
This can also be done manually using the below steps.
The UA Flag that needs to be reset for the Optime in the system registry:
Select Windows key+R
Type out regedit and hit okay
Navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Soredex\Dsd\Uid
OR
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Soredex\UID
Right click UAFlag and choose modify
Change from 1 to 0.
If the above doesn’t work:
Go into the Optime options and scroll to the bottom. There will be an option for image type with a drop down with various image types. Make sure it is set to Intraoral and it should fix the issue.
