Followng an update or change to eClinicalWorks (eCW), the bridge may no longer pass patient information or launch XVCapture. The bridge from eCW to XVCapture is a native tool within eCW, and as a result, is supported by eCW Support. If XVCapture has already been installed on the workstation and the bridge has stopped working, it is highly recommended eCW Support be contacted for further assistance correcting or configuring the bridge.
Please note similar behavior can be experienced when XVCapture has not been installed. So, if XVCapture has not been installed on the workstation and we are experiencing issues bridging, please submit a ticket with PlanetDDS Support to have XVCapture installed, as the bridge may be properly setup but no valid installation of XVCapture was located by the bridge.
