- The Scheduler Window can no longer locate patient information
- The Scheduler remains open without an active Patient Window
In most cases, this occurs when the user manually closes the Patient Window by clicking the red/white X.

To continue working in Denticon, follow the steps below:
- Click the red/white X on the Scheduler Window to close it.
- Log back in to Denticon.
- Confirm that both windows reopen successfully:
- Patient Window
- Scheduler Window
Once both windows are re-established, normal functionality should resume.
