Finding the Daily Audit Report:
The Daily Audit Report is utilized for finding what is missing for patient visits in an office in a given time range. You can find this report by going to your toolbar and clicking Reports > Daily Reports > Daily Audit.
Running the Daily Audit Report:
The Daily Audit Report has many options for running the report. Below is are some definitions for options when running the report. You may press Print/Preview when you are satisfied with your selections and ready to run your report.

Print Format = What kind of file will be generated when the report is run?
- Excel

Office/Group = What office(s) or office groups should be included in the report?
- Office
- (Use Select to choose which offices are included, present office by default)
- Office Group
- (Use Select to choose which office groups are included, ALL by default)

Provider = Which providers should the report pull data for?
- Provider
- (Use Select to choose which providers are included, ALL by default)
- Provider

Date Range = What time range should be used for report data?
- Start Date
- (Click calendar icon to select)
- End Date

Patient Has = What data should already exist to check for missing data related to the patients' visits? [Select 1]
- ALL
- (Any of the 3 options below)
- Appointment
- (Looks for patients via the Scheduler for the office(s) for the date range)
- Transaction In Ledger
- (Looks for patients via Ledger entries for the office(s) for the date range)
- Progress Notes
- (Looks for patients via Progress Notes entered for the office(s) for the date range)
- ALL

But Missing = What missing patient visit data should be searched for based on the existing data option selected in 'Patient Has'? [Select Any Number of Options]
- Appointment
- (Patient does not have an appointment on the Scheduler for the date range selected)
- Transaction in Ledger
- (Ledger does not have a posted transaction for the patient in the date range selected)
- Progress Notes
- (Is there a Progress Note entered for Patient entered in the same location as their Appointment/Ledger Transaction?)
- Progress Notes with Signature
- (Is there a Signed/Completed Progress Note entered for Patient entered in the same location as their Appointment/Ledger Transaction?)

Sort By = Which order will the report be listed in?
- Date
- (Sorted by the first date type selected by entry from the 'Patient Has' option)
- (If you ALL under the 'Patient Has' option, this will sort by Appointment Date)
- Patient Lastname
- (Sorted by the patient's last names in alphabetical order by office)
- Provider
- (Sorted by Provider column in alphabetical order)
- Date

Group By = Should the report be broken up by providers or be listed as one large group in 'Sort By' order?
- None
- (Listings are not broken up by provider and the report is listed in one large group)
- Provider
- (Separations by provider break the report down into distinct provider sections)
- (Page Break check box becomes active by default, breaking the report into separate sections by provider which allows the report to be printed out and handed to providers without informing other providers of their to-do list)

Reading the Daily Audit Report:
A successful Daily Audit is when no records appear because that means all Appointments, Transactions, Progress Notes and Signed Progress notes have been performed for all patients seen.
The provider in the report is the Preferred Provider. Examples of the report fields are in the table below:
