Appointment Codes
• Appointment Codes embedded within the appointment, if applicable.
• If not, the Appointment Provider’s default codes indicated in the Provider Setup screen ( Setup / Provider / Provider Setup / R-Slip Tab) .
• If neither is available, the display area will be blank.
Treatment Plan Codes
• Codes from “Accepted” Treatment Plans.
• Codes from “Diagnosed” Treatment Plans.
• If neither is available, the display area will be blank
*NOTE if Treatment Plan has both Accepted and Diagnosed procedures, only the Accepted print.
When printing Routing Slips from Reports > Daily Reports > Routing Slips or from the Scheduler, 'Recommended' is the default to include both Appointment and Treatment Plan codes. When printing a Single routing slip from the scheduler or Patient Print menu, the default or recommended print option will automatically include both Appointment and Treatment plan codes with no option to change the default.
