This issue could be stemming from two areas:
The first area to check is your server computer. You will need to consider the following questions.
What time is it on your server? Is it off? Is it set to the correct timezone?
Our Legwork syncer is installed on your server, so we need to make sure that your server is reflecting the correct timezone to the Legwork syncer.
The server looks correct, what's next?
Next, you will need to log into Legwork->Settings->System, and make sure your timezone is correct here, too!
*Don't forget to save your settings at the bottom before leaving this section!
If you notice your settings in Legwork are correct you may need to update the timezone on your Server.
On Windows, you can do this by navigating to your 'Control Panel' and under the 'Date & Time' section click on "Change the Time Zone" and in here you can verify if the timezone is set correctly.

Once you've implemented your timezone changes click save and reboot your server.
*Please note after doing so indicate to the Legwork support team that you have done so and request a manual resync of your data so that the timestamps are reset for all impacted appointments
