Description:
Legwork has enhanced its forms to accept image files (.jpg, .png, .bmp) and documents (.PDF only), helping practices save time collecting patient information during office visits. On average, dental or medical offices spend 5 to 10 minutes per patient collecting, scanning, and uploading insurance cards or driver’s licenses. For example, if a dental clinic wants to streamline the patient onboarding process they can implement an image upload feature in the online patient form, allowing new patients to upload pictures of their driver's license and insurance card directly. This eliminates the need for patients to bring physical copies, reduces administrative work at the front desk, and ensures that all necessary documents are securely stored before the patient's first visit. Please note that these features will be available for general release on 10/17/24.

This feature can be accessed by going to Legwork Paperless Forms> Form Builder> Select a Form > Drag and Drop the Patient Attachment Component.
