Step 1: Download FileZilla
You'll want to download FileZilla using the link below
Step 2: Install FileZilla
Once installed, input the customer login information provided in the conversion ticket into the highlighted fields and press the Quickconnect button to connect to the server on our side.
Step 3: Set Download Directory
Once connected to the server, your files on your computer will show on the left-hand side, the file from Denticon will show on the right.
Select the folder from the highlighted field below this determines where the file will download on your computer.
Step 4: Connect to Server
You can right-click on the file and select download:
Step 5: Extract Downloaded Files
Once downloaded, you can locate the zip folder where you designated it to save on your computer, then right-click and choose to extract. This will give you your raw data:
