Usually when Denticon hear of this happening, the user should confirm they are logging in from www.planetdds.com > click the Client Login - Denticon Login button .

1. Always login to Denticon by going to www.PlanetDDS.com > Client Login - Denticon Login
2. Do not save any direct shortcuts to login or any other direct pages to Denticon. Be mindful of Chrome, it automatically saves the most used page into a shortcut.
3. If you need to bookmark a link, bookmark www.Planetdds.com for quick access to Denticon’s login.
4. Make sure all pop-up blockers are removed and all pop-ups from Denticon are always allowed. Many windows that open from Denticon such as the schedule and task manager, need this setting to open.
