Similar to the missing progress notes and daily audit reports, this will ensure that every ortho patient with an appointment also has an Ortho Visit entered in the Ortho TX Card and a corresponding ledger entry

This report helps identify patients that are overdue for a visit. The report will list patients with an active ortho contract who do not have any future appointments scheduled.
