Our multi-location organization sends our past due accounts to Transworld Collection Agency. How do I ensure Transworld is generating collection accounts based on the Responsible Party Home Office?

If managing collection accounts across multiple offices, you can set your account to submit using the Transworld credentials of the Responsible Party’s Home Office.
Administrators can set this at: Setup > Account Info > [Advanced].
Update Transworld – Get Accounts – Use this Office Settings to the new **Use Resp Party Home Office Settings**.
