Pre-Authorization status codes are listed on the Treatment Plan. Placing the cursor on the code
displays an explanation of the status and a note if there is an asterisk next to it.

• PS = PreAuth Created (Sent/Not Sent)


• PC = PreAuth Covered


• PU = PreAuth Uncovered

• * (asterisk) = A note that is included in the Pre-Authorization.
