To disable the Appointment E-Card function:
- Click the word “Setup”
- Click "Offices'
- Click "Office Setup"
- Select the desired Office
- Select the Advanced Tab
- Click the Edit Office Button
- Ensure "Send E-Card” is unchecked
- Save
An email will no longer be sent to the patient when an appointment is:
- Entered
- Moved
- Rescheduled
