One of our office locations will be closing permanently. How can we change the 'Home Office' for ALL patients without having to update them individually?

Administrators can now change patients home office in a batch (in the event of permanent office closure, for example).

• Click Utilities
• Copy/Move/Change PGID Setup Data
• Change Patient Home Office

The following records will be changed to the new office:

• Recall Information
• Regular Contract Plans
• Ortho Contract Plans
• All Responsible Party

Please note that the home office transfer will be processed and will be scheduled on the same night as requested.
