A. No, this can be any treatment that is scheduled, whether from a patient on today’s schedule or a patient who may have called the office to schedule an outstanding procedure.
Q. Can the Dentilytics Basic Dashboard show me the scheduled production for the remainder of the month?
A. The Dentilytics Basic dashboard is intended to give you and your team a roadmap for today, tomorrow, and the next day. Our goal was to provide a tool that can offer a guide on where to focus efforts for the next 3 business days to maximize your opportunities on those days.
Q. Can the office goal be added to the dashboard so that it is visible to our team every day?
A. Currently the month-end goal is not displayed on the dashboard, however, we have great news! We are currently working on an updated version of the Dentilytics Basic dashboard and there are some very exciting changes coming!
Q. Our providers do not always charge out to the ledger at the end of each day; is this a requirement for the Dentilytics Basic dashboard?
A. The dashboard updates each night at 11:59 p.m. PST, pulling all pertinent data from the day in order to provide refreshed metrics the next morning. Since the data displayed on the dashboard is significantly focused around yesterday and today, charging out to the ledger by the end of each working day is the best practice that we recommend to ensure the most accurate information is available.
